Glutathione: The Miracle Antioxidant

Most people think vitamins A, C, and E when you start talking antioxidants, but there’s a major antioxidant that gets very little discussion: glutathione. It may sound like a mouthful, but don’t overlook this gem! Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant; it plays a key role in your body’s natural cell detoxification by protecting cells from free radical damage and holding off the ravages of aging — including weight gain. Most people stop producing their own glutathione around age 40, which makes our bodies less able to fight off toxins. By taking measures to increase your body’s depleted supply of this wonder-antioxidant, you can once again reap all of its youthful benefits at age 40 and beyond!
Taking glutathione supplements orally aren’t effective at boosting this antioxidant, but there are some other ways that you can bump up those glutathione levels with supplementation or with your diet. Here are a few things to try:
  • LifeWave Nanotechnology Patches. Y-age Glutathione patches can be worn on the skin about an inch below your navel to help you boost your glutathione levels. You should wear a new patch every day to achieve good results. Visit http://lifewave.com/franfelix  to learn more.
  • Intravenously. If you have more serious health concerns, such as leaky gut syndrome, or if your levels are especially low, your doctor may consider IV replacement of glutathione.
  • Food. Some foods are remarkably good at boosting glutathione levels, including sweet potatoes, walnuts, asparagus, broccoli, and avocados. Citrus fruits, strawberries, and watermelon are also good choices for helping increase the amount of glutathione your body produces.
When it comes to being Sexy Forever, supplementation is key. After all, your body is a machine. By keeping it clean, supplying it with high-quality oil and fuel, and making sure everything is running smoothly under the hood, you can ensure that it will be enjoyable, high-functioning, and beautiful for many years to come!
